Understanding the Exchange Program
The Exchange program is a unique initiative by Africa Global Missions, that seeks to create transformative opportunities for church leaders in Africa and African students by providing them with immersive experiences in churches and academic institutions outside of Africa. The program recognizes the invaluable lessons that can be gleaned from observing and engaging with different cultures and ministry practices. This helps us realize one of the main goals of Africa Global Missions, which is to facilitate deep learning experiences.
For Church Leaders
Church leaders participating in the exchange program are offered the chance to step outside the familiar confines of their congregations and engage with churches abroad. This exchange is not merely about observing, but actively participating in diverse worship practices, ministry models, and community engagement initiatives.
